**The Role**
- Assist the New Business Team & Key Account team by providing administration support in relation to quoting, reporting and presentations;
- Coordinate and manage designated quotes & submissions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse and identify any issues or opportunities that can support and enforce company pricing policy;
- Provide support to both New Business & Key Acc teams for customer pricing and associated order forms/price lists/presentations;
- Ongoing development and supply of Price Lists (internal & external), Fax Order Forms and Contract Listings and any other customer based data;
- Entry and updating of new and existing customer contract pricing;
- Maintain a strong channel of communication with the New Business Manager
- Vet incoming pricing requests to ensure conformity to criteria determined by the New Business Manager - referring non-complying requests to the New Business Manager;
- With support from New Business and Account Managers, ensure we have a best in class pitch presentation to ensure we are clearly communicating PFD unique value proposition to win more business;
- Take control end to end for all quoting submission;
- Facilitate other admin tasks for major group submissions;
- Maintain pricing changes and claim set ups in database.
