Golding is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our Milton-based team. Reporting to the Recruitment Superintendent, this role is responsible for managing end-to-end wages recruitment across operator and maintainer positions. Candidates with proven in-house recruitment experience within the resources sector will be highly regarded. Strong administration capabilities and a well-organised approach are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Shortlist candidates daily for site approval
• Conduct telephone screening and reference checks for Operators and Maintenance Trades
• Manage recruitment administration and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate medicals and site inductions
• Partner with on-site hiring managers to deliver an effective end-to-end recruitment service
• Prepare progress updates and analysis on recruitment activities
Key Capability Requirements:
• HR or relevant tertiary qualification preferred
• Advanced computer skills across Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
• Experience in blue-collar or high-volume recruitment preferred
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• 1-2 years of in-house recruitment experience required
