Senior Property Manager Position
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Property Manager in our dynamic organization.

* Conduct property viewings and process lease applications for potential tenants.
* No routine tasks or PCR's will be assigned; instead, focus on key objectives.
* Work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
* Previous experience managing a personal portfolio is essential.
* Current registration as a property manager, a valid driver's license, and access to a vehicle are required.
* A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others are essential.
* Familiarity with IT systems and processes, and the ability to navigate them effectively.
