This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving problems logically, and is comfortable engaging with stakeholders of all levels.As a Program Coordinator in the Future Hub, you will support the Future Hub program manager with the delivery and execution of the RBA's cultural transformation ambitions.
You'll play a key role in ensuring project activities run smoothly and efficiently, supporting both the operational and strategic aspects of the program.This position sits within a team that operates with an Agile mindset and works predominantly with highly specialised subject matter experts.
The program coordinator role will be a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in project delivery while gaining exposure to transformation and organisational change within a central bank.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram DeliverySchedule and coordinate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagementsLiaise with internal departments to gather information and maintain alignmentDraft clear and professional communications to internal customersSupport meetings by capturing minutes, tracking actions, sending reminders, and following upManage and maintain program documentation and artefactsAdminister key program tools including RAID registers, program roadmaps, and schedulesAssist in prioritising tasks and managing competing demands from multiple sourcesAssisting in communicating change requirements into the business in conjunction with the RBA's overall change strategyRisk Management and Issue ResolutionSupport program to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Proactively address challenges and resolve issues to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Stream, encouraging feedback and implementing lessons learned to enhance future projectsDemonstrate 'open and dynamic' behaviours in line with the RBA's culture.SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSUnderstanding of project delivery contextsExcellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to adapt and flex and deal with ambiguity.Familiarity with Jira and ConfluenceStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)Experience working in a project environment or similar delivery-focused roleExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to think critically and logically through problemsComfortable interacting with senior stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyA collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from othersPrevious experience within government departments or government agenciesAbility to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teamsProject management experience will be highly regardedUnderstanding of change management and embedment needed to shift behavioursInterest in or exposure to culture transformation initiativesRelevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications or Project ManagementBe MoreWorking for an organisation that truly makes a difference to the people of Australia, we can offer development and career opportunities in a collaborative environment that supports your growth, wellbeing and promotes flexibility.
