Project Administrator Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Gold Coast Light Rail fleet.
This is a 12 month fixed-term position with the potential to extend. Flexible working arrangements are available, and you will be required to support morning customer reporting requirements between 6am and 7am (can be done remotely).
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate daily service orders from customer Rails files, removing duplicates and verifying KPIs.
* Support indirect sourcing and procurement, as well as receiving goods.
* Assist EHS in administering the Onsite Track Easy system.
* Coordinate monthly customer reporting by collating data from all teams/functions across the operation.
* Provide commercial support and assist customers with insurance claims.
* Track monthly report deadlines, coordinate completion with reminders, and submit via email and Airtable.
* Track training on On Site Track Easy and Sharepoint, book in training for the team, and initiate medicals that are expiring.
* Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks to support the leadership team.
Requirements:
* A proactive approach with the ability to manage time effectively.
* A positive attitude and a team player who is happy to assist where required.
* IT savvy with demonstrated experience using Microsoft office products.
* Administrative experience in a similar role/operation will be highly regarded.
