We're seeking an experienced Insurance Building Estimator to assess domestic and commercial insurance claims, prepare accurate reports, scopes of work, estimates and tender packages.
This role involves conducting site assessments to determine cause of damage, preparing detailed reports and cost estimates, compiling and submitting tender packages in line with client requirements.
The Opportunity
 * Assess domestic and commercial insurance claims and prepare reports.
 * Conduct site assessments to determine cause of damage.
 * Prepare detailed reports and cost estimates.
 * Compile and submit tender packages in line with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
 * Coordinate supplier quotations and develop preliminary programs of work.
 * Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to maintain service levels.
 * Assist with emergency works on rostered days.
 * Complete associated administration and documentation.
Requirements
 * Trade or building-related qualification in construction.
 * Full and valid driver's licence.
 * Experience in insurance building estimation (domestic/commercial).
 * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
 * Ability to work independently and think creatively under pressure.
