$30 - $34 an hr depending on experience and qualification (exclusive of worker retention payment)
One Tree Defence Unit Puckapunyal is located near Seymour in Regional Victoria, is committed to providing an enriching and nurturing environment where children thrive. We adhere to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), focusing on delivering high-quality educational programs that foster holistic development. We have placements for 86 children across our long day care. We have several rooms including pre kinder, nursery, toddler room, preschool and outside of school hours care. Our operating hours are 7am to 6pm.

What you’ll bring
As a qualified educator, you will have an unwavering passion for children, their learning and care. You will have the ability to understand and meet children's individual needs.
* Strong advocacy for children and their inclusion
* Diploma and Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
* A valid Working with Children Card
* A current National Police Clearance
* Ability to undertake Responsible person duties when needed
* Energy, enthusiasm, and a mature approach

* Deliver high-quality education and care that aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
* Foster strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and team members.
* Implement and adhere to the National Quality Standard (NQS) and relevant regulations.
