* Complete paint jobs in accordance with industry standards and procedures
* Ensure high-quality paint finishes for customers through precise colour matching and adjustments
* Maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily to ensure optimal performance
* Carry out other duties as directed by leadership to support the success of the business
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Trade qualification in Spray Painting (essential)
* Experience in the Collision Repair industry (essential)
* Full Australian working rights and valid driver's licence
