Job Overview
Exciting contract opportunity for a Senior CRM Application Support Specialist.
Company & Role
You will be working with one of our top clients as a Functional Analyst & Application Administrator, focusing on configuring and administering the Oracle CX Cloud suite, especially Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow). Experience with Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) is advantageous. The role requires understanding business user needs, developing technical designs, and hands-on system configuration and administration, with regular communication with business and IT teams.
Qualifications & Skills
* Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available).
* Availability to work at least 2 days per week on-site.
* Extensive experience with CRM solutions, particularly Oracle Service Cloud / RightNow.
* Experience working with complex ecosystems and large data volumes.
* Ability to collaborate with business users to refine requirements and design integrations.
* Proven ability to quickly integrate into cross-functional teams and mentor others.
* Experience with Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) and other Oracle CX products like Sales Cloud and CPQ.
