Position Summary
The Store Manager's primary role is leading and training team members, striving for increased sales and wage control through the rotation of stock and delivering a high level of customer service experience. This will ensure that Spendless Shoes continues to be the friendliest shoe people in the world.

Qualifications & Attributes
* Previous experience in a Retail, Hospitality or Sales industry.
* Leadership skills to mentor and develop your team.
* Stock management and merchandising experience.
* Understanding of sales budgets & KPIs.
* Knowledge of rosters, wage control and people performance.
* Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt.
* Strong customer service skills.
