Role : Automation Test Lead

Location : Sydney (1 to 2 days in the city office)

$140-160k base + super
* Skills :
Experience with UiPath or similar automation platforms (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Tosca)
Functions:
* Architect and implement a
Test Automation Framework
from the ground up
* Define the automation roadmap, standards, governance, and best practices
* Lead automation strategy across multiple applications and business processes
* Work with UiPath (or other automation tools) — but focus on framework, not tooling
* Build, mentor, and scale a capable
offshore automation team
* Collaborate with stakeholders, BA teams, and engineering leaders to drive quality-first delivery
* Provide expert guidance on automation opportunities, efficiencies, and scalability
Skills:
* Proven experience establishing test automation frameworks in enterprise environments
* Strong background in automation strategy, architecture, and hands-on implementation
* Experience with UiPath or similar automation platforms (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Tosca)
* Ability to build and manage offshore delivery teams
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience in property/construction industries or with
Yardi
