Now, we're looking for 2Experienced Supervisors (Casual /Part Time)to join the crew and help us deliver the Yiros Shop experience, every day.
The Role
As an Experienced Supervisor, to work in our Berrinba location, you'll be an essential part of the day-to-day operations — bringing your skills, initiative, and customer-first mindset to every shift.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Preparing and serving our signature Greek Yiros and street food
* Delivering fast, friendly, and professional customer service
* Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation
* Assisting with training and supporting junior staff
* Operating POS systems and handling cash
* Contributing to a positive team environment and helping achieve store goals
* Jumping in to help wherever needed — from prep to pack-up
* Operating a Drive Thru
What We're Looking For:
o Minimum 6 months experience in a fast-food or hospitality environment
o Confidence working in a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house setting
o Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
o Friendly, reliable, and proactive attitude
o Excellent communication and teamwork skills
o Flexibility to work across days, nights, weekends and school holidays
o RSA & Food Safety Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
o Working rights - passport and visa grant for international workers
o RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
