Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic customer service individual to be a Clinic Co‑Ordinator supporting Audika Hearing Clinic in a newly established clinic in Sunbury, Melbourne on a full‑time or part‑time basis (Monday to Friday, 9 am‑5 pm). This role is pivotal to each clinic’s performance and to enhancing our customers’ experience. You will collaborate with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians (where applicable) to provide quality hearing health care outcomes for all our clients, learn about our products, services, competitive advantages and government funding programmes, and apply tailored client‑specific sales strategies to ensure the best possible solutions for our clients.

What we’re looking for

- Previous administration or customer service experience in one of the following environments: retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health.
- Experience working with an older demographic, preferred.
- Robust interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients.
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification.
- Computer literacy skills.
