How you'll be making an impact in people's lives:
* Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implementeffective rehabilitation plans.
* Designing and implementing intervention programmesusing occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity
* Identifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoringprograms that support people to achieve maximal work participation
* Understanding a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals
* Liaisingwith clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employersand stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
What you'll bring to the role:
* Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling orSocial Work.
* Appropriate professional registration with ASORC, AHPRA, ESSA or AASW
* Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways
* The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
* A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
* Willingness to work in the community (must have drivers licence and access to own vehicle)
* Current or able to get a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
