Beyond managing inquiries and coordinating bookings, you will provide crucial administrative support and foster efficient cross-departmental communication.

Responsibilities
* Respond to sales enquiries via phone and email, providing detailed information about packages and venue offerings.
* Manage all Rooftop, Lounge, and Club bookings.
* Collaborate with clients and guests to develop customised booking packages that meet their specific needs.
* Prepare detailed run sheets to ensure accurate documentation for each booking/event.
* Oversee the invoicing process and maintain accurate financial records.
* Manage guest, booking, and VIP lists efficiently.
* Coordinate with the venue operations team to plan and execute upcoming bookings.
* Collect and manage client and guest feedback, sharing insights with relevant departments.
* Support daily operations by assisting with general administrative tasks.
* Proactively implement new processes to improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Contribute to outbound sales initiatives.
