We're seeking a talented Senior Videographer and video editor to join our team on the Gold Coast, where you'll work on everything from property tours, promotional videos and social media content to television commercials, film-grade productions and more.

Position:
As one of Australia's leading media agencies, our videographers tell awe-inspiring visual stories across every medium - from property tours, promotional videos and social media content to television commercials, film-grade productions and beyond.
Based in Gold Coast, your work life will be as diverse and dynamic as the properties you capture. The Burleigh office provides a comfortable base for everyday, while our team of creatives provide the sounding-board and insights you need to enhance your skills like never before.
As a Desire Media videographer, you'll shoot and edit to creatively tell stories for our clients and bring their vision to life on the screen. Within the team, you'll be a driving force for internal projects and marketing on digital and social platforms. Your work will take you across south-east Queensland and northern New South Wales, as well as further afield around Australia.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute video shoots for real estate clients, including property tours, promotional videos, and social media content
* Work on set and manage client expectations
* Edit video footage to create compelling and engaging content that meets the client's brief
* Collaborate with other team members, including producers, photographers, strategists and designers, to ensure the project meets the client's expectations
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure they are delivered on time and to a high standard
* Stay up-to-date with the latest video and real estate industry trends, and provide insights to the team
* Craft social media content to support internal marketing
Requirements:
* A degree in videography, film production, or related field
* At least 4-10 years of experience as a videographer, preferably in real estate or related industries
* Experience with camera equipment, lighting, and audio equipment
* Proficiency with professional camera systems (Canon, Sony, RED), gimbal stabilisers, drone operation, and wireless audio systems
* Extensive understanding in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and a Strong understanding of visual storytelling and composition
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, with intermediate skills in DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and the multi-tasking capabilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong portfolio demonstrating property videography, promotional content, and commercial work with minimum 10 examples
* Current Australian driver's licence with clean driving record for client site visits
