**About the Role**
The Business Relationship Officer supports the Business Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers (BDM) to achieve overall objectives of asset growth, new customer acquisition, client satisfaction, portfolio hygiene and portfolio compliance.
The Business Relationship Officer is responsible for supporting:
- Portfolio cleanliness
- Adherence to compliance
- Customer Management and satisfaction
- Writing new deals introduced by BDMs
- Customer Service
- Administration and internal client relationships
- Building advocacy with existing and new customers
- Conducting needs analysis and relevant research
- Preparing pitch documents and related supporting material
**About you**
With 1-3 years of industry related expeience you will demonstrate a professional approach at all times, be a strong communicator, a lateral thinker and have exceptional stakeholder engagement capability.
Above all else, you will be a motivated team player who is passionate about driving positive change and successful outcomes for our customers.
A tertiary qualification in accounting, finance or business is highly regarded
