Mr Spriggins Café, a bustling, casual eatery which caters for appetites big and small, providing the fuel for families to make the most of our unique playground experience in a vibrant and fun atmosphere. We are seeking a qualified passionate casual chef to join our team.
Key Responsibilities

* High standards of food presentation, cleanliness, punctuality and organisation
* Participate in and reinforce the organisation of food cost controlling and waste management of food
Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
* Cert III in Commercial Cookery or higher
* Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
* Understanding of industry standard hygiene practices
* Australian work rights are essential for this position
To be successful in this role, you will be available to work across a seven day roster, and some evenings as per our business demands. No late nights and no split shifts required This casual role requires availability for 26-35 hours per week across our seven-day roster.
