The Role: Medical Receptionist
This role involves working collaboratively within the practice to provide exceptional customer service to patients.
The responsibilities include:
* Greeting patients upon arrival
* Collecting and entering patient details into our database
* Scheduling appointments as needed
* Answering phone calls and enquiries
* Providing administration support and other duties as required
Key skills required:
* Exceptional customer service skills with previous experience an advantage
* Excellent communication skills, including a professional telephone manner
* Detail-orientated
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise
* Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech an advantage
