Personal Care Professional
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Professional to provide high-quality care to our residents.
The Role
* Deliver personal care services including hygiene, mobility assistance, continence support, eating and drinking aid
* Assist with clinical tasks such as medication administration, basic wound care, vital sign monitoring and medical procedures
* Facilitate social activities to enhance residents' quality of life
* Maintain a clean and welcoming environment through meal service and housekeeping duties
* Document care plans, progress notes and daily records accurately
Requirements
* Ability to provide person-centred care to individuals with varying needs
* Strong communication skills to work effectively with residents, families and healthcare professionals
* Capacity to maintain accurate records and adhere to organisational policies
