The Client

With growing demand across Melbourne, they are expanding their sales capability and investing in high-quality customer education, marketing integration and purchaser support programs.
The Role
This role leads the sales function for a dedicated community while collaborating closely with marketing to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns and events. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing purchaser appointments, tours and enquiries with a warm, polished and informative approach
* Presenting the lifestyle, well-being benefits and value proposition of the community
* Guiding purchasers and families through financial models, contracts and key decision points
* Handling outgoing resident resales, refurb coordination and listing updates
* Supporting and hosting community events, expos and engagement activities
* Maintaining strong competitor awareness across the local Melbourne market
* Managing display suite presentation to premium standards
* Providing accurate reporting, CRM updates and insights to leadership
* Partnering with the Village Manager, refurbishment teams and head office to ensure a seamless purchaser experience
About You
You'll bring a blend of sales capability, community engagement and premium customer service. The ideal candidate offers:
* Experience in retirement living, property, lifestyle communities or high-end customer experience roles
* Polished communication and presentation skills
* Confidence in navigating financial models and contractual conversations
* Strong relationship-building ability across purchasers, families and stakeholders
* Event experience and comfort representing the brand at expos and community activities
* Strong tech capability and CRM discipline
* High personal standards, organisation and attention to detail
