What you'll do:
* Manage staffing in consultation with the Operations Manager
* Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement cost minimization measures where possible.
* Oversee housekeeping team and front of house procedures
* Rostering & leading on site teams
* Daily reporting
* Technical troubleshooting for clients and other departments as necessary
* Leading bulk cooking operations on remote sites with top-tier quality and safety standards.
* Managing operations profitability, budgets, and food quality standards (HACCP compliance).
* Fostering team growth in a dynamic, diverse environment while maintaining client relationships.
About You
* Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights.
* FIFO or remote site experience desirable
* Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery
* Physically fit and able to work long shifts (up to 11 hours)
* You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months
* Ability to endure remote environments in extreme weather conditions
* Must pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
* Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential
