Drivetrain currently have an exciting opportunity in our Kalgoorlie facility for a Customer Service Representative to join the team on a full-time basis.This role is required to provide assistance to the Kalgoorlie branch in all support aspects of the business relating to customer service, administration and warehousing.

This role will report to the Branch Manager and collaborates closely the Kalgoorlie team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Warehouse Operations.

Pick and packaging of outgoing parts.

Receipt, check and storage of incoming goods.

Manage and action Production Orders that relate to the workshop, SPK Kits and Service Exchange Units.

Ensure workshop SPK are held in stock for common jobs.

About You

Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:

Knowledge of OH&S requirements.

Trade or mechanical background.

Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Sound time management skills.

Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.

Ability to plan effectively and prioritise workload.

Intermediate skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
