In support of our business units, Mission Engineering, Advisory and Technical Services, and Team Downer as the prime Major Service Provider (MSP), we deliver consulting services and Integrated Work Packages across the Department of Defence, including groups such as Defence Digital Group (DDG), Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG), and the services (Navy, Army, and Air Force).

If successful in securing a role, your work may involve:
Designing, developing, and implementing ICT infrastructure solutions to support Defence and government operations.
Building, integrating, and securing ICT systems in complex, multi-domain environments.
Managing system configurations, patching, and upgrades to ensure operational resilience.
Troubleshooting complex ICT issues and providing solutions to optimise performance.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between technology and strategic objectives.
Our work is highly complex and confidential. Applicants must be Australian citizens with a minimum NV1 security clearance. Additionally, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may be necessary, which could impose restrictions on individuals with dual nationality, permanent residency, or former nationality of specific countries as outlined in ITAR 126.1.
We're seeking candidates with Defence Industry experience in the following areas:
Strong experience in ICT Engineering, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Development within Defence, government, or professional services.
Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, ITIL, or equivalent).
Expertise in system architecture, cloud solutions, security frameworks, and automation technologies.
Experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and related tools (e.g., DOORS, Cameo, or Enterprise Architect).
Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality, mission-critical solutions.
