Role Overview
We are seeking a MAIQS, MAIQS (CQS), or MRICS Full Member to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to gain hands‐on experience within a supportive national team, contributing to a diverse range of projects and working alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the preparation of:
o Financier costing reports and progress claims
o Reinstatement Cost Assessments (insurance valuations)
o Capital Works Fund forecasts
o Tax Depreciation Schedules for residential and commercial assets
* Conduct site inspections, take measurements, and collect data for costing and reporting.
* Liaise professionally with clients, property managers, and internal stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to compliance reporting.
* Stay up to date with relevant legislation, industry standards, and CPD requirements (AIQS/RICS).

Essential Requirements
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Property Economics, or another built‐environment discipline.
* Current driver's licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle for site travel.
* Full professional membership: AIQS (MAIQS / MAIQS CQS) or RICS (MRICS) — Mandatory Requirement.
* Permanent work rights in Australia — no sponsorship available.
