Ability Action Australia is a national NDIS provider delivering Allied Health support across Australia to thousands of participants with Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology & Physiotherapy services.
They are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Pathologist to manage a caseload and improve the lives of individuals with communication disorders and swallowing difficulties.

About Your Role
* Bring your expertise and strong organisational skills to thrive in this role as a Speech Pathologist.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments for speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
* Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
* Provide therapy sessions to help patients improve their communication skills and overcome challenges.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
* Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and reports.
* Educate families and caregivers on communication strategies.
* Stay updated on research and evidence-based practices.
* Participate in team meetings for continuous service improvement.
* Effectively manage caseloads and meet NDIS reporting requirements.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
* Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
* Good knowledge of speech and language development, communication disorders, and treatment approaches.
* Experience working with diverse patient populations.
* Familiarity with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
