Role Description
We are seeking a Buyers Agent Associate for a full-time, on-site role located in Milton in Brisbane. In this role, you will assist clients in purchasing residential properties by providing exceptional service and guidance. Key responsibilities include helping clients navigate the property market, identifying suitable properties, managing buyer representation, and negotiating agreements. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Customer Service and a client-focused approach to ensure a positive experience for all clients
* A valid Real Estate License and demonstrated expertise in Residential Real Estate practices
* Proficiency in Buyer Representation and advanced negotiation techniques to secure optimal deals
* Sales capabilities and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Knowledge of the Greater Brisbane property market is highly advantageous
* Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
