ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver two concurrent initiatives: a Finance Transformation program and a Learning Management System (LMS) implementation. This is a full-time CONTRACT role where you will split your focus across both projects, ensuring successful outcomes from discovery through delivery.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Lead the scoping and planning of the Finance Transformation program.
- Develop and maintain the project schedule and integrated plan.
- Oversee delivery, ensuring milestones, budgets, and resources are aligned.
- Manage stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology teams.
- Drive the LMS project through discovery, design, and planning phases.
- Build a strong business case, aligning with organisational objectives.
- Manage the RFP process and vendor engagement.
- Ensure seamless transition from planning into implementation.
- Provide clear reporting and governance updates to senior leadership.
- Motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering accountability and collaboration.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering both Finance Transformation and LMS implementation projects.
- Strong track record in scoping, scheduling, and managing complex project plans.
- Skilled in business case development, RFP management, and vendor selection.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with confidence engaging both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across two major initiatives.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) will be highly regarded.
