We're looking for an exceptional Office Administrator to support both the Sales and Property Management departments, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. You'll be joining a small, tight-knit team experiencing strong growth and high sales volume, where every team member plays a crucial role and is genuinely valued. Ideally you'll come from a real estate background (preferred) and be comfortable managing multiple tasks, using technology and taking initiative. Why You'll Love This Role Monday - Friday office-based role Highly negotiable salary depending on experience (guide $80k - $100k) Independent business - no corporate hierarchy or fluff Autonomy and trust from day one Support and training when needed Career pathways into Office Manager or Operations Manager over time What You'll Be Doing Supporting the sales team from new listing through to settlement in all administrative duties including: Preparing listing documentation, contracts and completing sales advices Adhering to all industry relevant legislation and compliance matters Coordinating marketing for new and sold listings Launching properties across online portals Keeping the CRM and property files up to date Liaising with photographers, conveyancers, building & pest inspectors and contractors Additionally, assisting with general office administration and providing support to reception / property management when required The Ideal Candidate Previous real estate administration experience will be highly regarded. Particularly if you have experience with: Real estate legislation and compliance Contract preparation and documentation Confident working across multiple real estate platforms and systems / cloud-based software You'll also bring: Immaculate attention to detail, professionalism and presentation Exceptional time management and organisation Strong awareness of time-sensitive deadlines Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination Ability to work autonomously and take ownership A valid NSW Certificate of Registration and/or Licence is required.
