About the Role
We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven Sales & Contract Administration Support professional to lead the admin function and support the full sales lifecycle—from reservation to handover. You'll manage contracts, ensure data accuracy, support the sales team, and guide a small offshore admin team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and train administration team (onshore & offshore)
* Manage land/build contracts via DocuSign
* Maintain and update Salesforce and Dropbox records
* Coordinate post-sale activities and client communications
* Handle shared inbox and respond to external stakeholders
* Assist with reporting, payments, and office operations
* Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes
What You'll Bring
* 2+ years in admin support, ideally within property or real estate
* Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Dropbox & Xero
* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
* A proactive mindset and team-first attitude
