Senior Construction Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the preparation and evaluation of tender documentation, as well as managing project expenditure and subcontractor claims.
* Tender Documentation: Assisting with the preparation, collation, and evaluation of tender documentation, including award.
* Subcontract Package Management: Preparing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules.
* Progress Claims and Variations: Assisting with progress claim management and external variations.
* Subcontract Finalization: Reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing subcontracts.
* Project Expenditure Management: Managing and tracking project expenditure, including subcontractor claims.
* RFI Administration: Administering RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants.
* HSE System Administration: Administering the project HSE system.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator or equivalent role in Australia. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management are required. Procore experience is highly preferred, along with demonstrated experience delivering commercial projects across NSW. Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills are essential for this role.
Requirements: A strong understanding of construction procedures and practices is necessary, as is excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is also essential.
