Your Impact
You'll be the operational heartbeat of the industrial portfolio, driving safety, performance, efficiency and a high standard of presentation across all assets.
Key Responsibilities
* End to end facilities management across multiple industrial assets
* Contractor oversight, procurement engagement and performance monitoring
* Preventative and reactive maintenance coordination
* Budgeting, forecasting and proactive cost control
* WHS, compliance and essential services governance
* Strong tenant engagement and timely resolution of operational needs
* Coordination of minor capital works, improvements and upgrades
About You
You're a proactive, organized FM who enjoys owning your portfolio and building strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors.
You'll Bring
* Proven industrial FM experience
* Strong WHS, compliance and essential services knowledge
* Confidence working with contractors and multiple stakeholders
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
