Our client is one of Australia's well-regarded equine facility, based across 2000 acres on the South Coast of NSW. Their world class facilities provide a unique experience for their visitors by combining beautiful architecture together with the latest equine technology and love of horses! 
Your enthusiasm, excellent people skills, reliability together with your marketing skills will provide efficient and effective support for the facility while also assisting and reporting directly to the General Manager. 
Duties include but not limited to: 
Manage the delivery of marketing events and positing as a premier equine and events destination 
Attract and secure sponsorships for events 
Manage major events calendar 
Assist in the positive profile for our clients tourism, hotel, conferencing and events 
Manage the delivery of business development and tourism programs 
Proactively bring forward innovative marketing and communication campaign ideas 
Providing feedback to management regarding strategies and operational delivery 
Provide leadership, guidance and support to the team 
Team engagement, performance reviews and culture accountability
