**About the Role**
You will be a key contact in the team for the processing of recruitment requests, arranging and uploading recruitment advertising and processing employment contracts across Monash Health. This will also involve assisting managers when developing their recruitment requests, as well as liaising with external providers about the best avenues to advertise positions.
- Processing Recruitment requests to advertising, experience preferred
- Advertising requests on external websites
- Involvement in adminstration processes of end to end recruitment
- Experience with Mercury eRecruit system or similar preferred
- Experience with on-boarding new employees
You may also be involved in the following tasks:
- Coordination of our annual work experience program for students in high school;
- Processing Police checks in a timely manner
- Reviewing compliance requirements for new employees, including WWC checks
- Processing of advertising invoices in a timely manner.
This role provides you with the opportunity to showcase your exceptional customer service skills (particularly over the phone) and to demonstrate your ability to work seamlessly across a series of tasks in a dynamic, high volume environment.
**About You**
You understand the importance of service and process consistency, policy and systems compliance. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have an eagle eye for detail. You are highly organised with strong time management skills as well as proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
