Qualifications
Passion for luxury hospitality and an instinct for creating meaningful human connections.
Experience or exposure to front-office operations (hotel or hospitality setting preferred).
Strong communication and emotional intelligence.
Sharp eye for detail and a problem-solver mindset.
Ability to stay composed and agile in a fast-paced environment.
Confident with hotel systems (Opera Cloud preferred) and Microsoft Office.
Flexibility across evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
