Job Description
As a Candidate Support Coordinator, you play a vital role in supporting candidates throughout their ADF application journey, ensuring they receive accurate guidance, timely assistance, and a high‐quality recruitment experience. Working closely with Recruitment Delivery and Enlistment Coordination teams, you'll contribute to the seamless progression of candidates by managing administrative, compliance, and documentation activities that uphold Defence standards. You will operate across specialised portfolio areas, proactively resolving issues, supporting pipeline health, and ensuring every candidate is set up for success as they move toward enlistment.
You will:
* Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes, enhancing efficiency and delivering a smoother and more positive candidate experience across recruitment and enlistment activities.
* Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, contractual, and organisational requirements, maintaining high standards of compliance, accuracy, and documentation integrity throughout all candidate interactions.
* Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with Defence and internal stakeholders, ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds expectations outlined within the Adecco ADF Careers contract.
* Support candidate progression activities across specialised portfolios, such as dossier development, credentialling processes, ACIC checks, education standards administration, service suitability case management, and pipeline maintenance.
* Respond to candidate enquiries with timely, accurate, and supportive guidance, ensuring each candidate is informed, prepared, and confident as they move through the ADF recruitment process.

Your background will demonstrate:
* Recent experience and understanding of end‐to‐end recruitment, onboarding, and candidate management, with strong communication skills to guide and support applicants.
* A high level of accuracy and precision in document management, data entry, and compliance, with the ability to manage multiple tasks across a fast‐paced recruitment environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different stakeholders and candidate needs.
* Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining quality service delivery under pressure.
* A collaborative, team‐focused mindset, with the ability to build positive working relationships and contribute to shared goals and outcomes.
