People & Culture Administrator (HR Data and Reporting)
Mackay Sugar has a permanent opportunity for a People & Culture Administrator (HR Data and Reporting) to join our People and Culture Team. The People and Culture Administrator (HR Data and Reporting) is responsible for providing specialised technical support to the business through document development and control, statistical data analysis, and administration of knowledge management and information systems. This role reports to the Manager - ERPC and provides support to the P & C Business Units, including Operational HR, ESG, HSE and Training.
Role Requirements
* Exceptional administrative expertise with advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
* Strong reporting and analytics capability – able to deliver clear, actionable insights for decision-making.
* Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data integrity and process compliance.
* Experience with SharePoint for document management and version control, along with exposure to Power BI and AI-based systems would be highly regarded.
* Exposure to HR/HSE systems.
* Outstanding organisational and coordination skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the secure handling of sensitive business data.
* A collaborative, positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment.
* Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience (minimum five years in a similar role).
