We are currently working with a leading AXS organisation who are committed to turning innovative thinking into a better tomorrow for future generations.
Our client is seeking top tier strategy professionals to join their Group Strategy function and offer a dynamic, inclusive, and empowering workplace where you will feel both supported and enriched. Offering a flexible approach to work, and diverse opportunities to grow your career.
Tasked with solving the most complex, high-stakes problems that sit outside the "business as usual" scope, this is where your work will have the greatest footprint in the ANZ market. Reporting to the Senior Strategy Manager or GM, you will lead high priority workstreams that define the next decade of profitable growth.
Your core impact areas -
* Structure ambiguous business problems and define rigorous action plans for the Group's executive leadership.
* Distil complex quantitative data into "so-what" narratives that drive board-level decision-making.
* Act as a trusted advisor to Business Unit leaders, influencing cross-functional teams to adopt transformative change.
* Lead and develop a high-performing cohort of junior consultants, maintaining a culture of excellence and structured thinking.
* Move beyond the recommendation; project-manage the transition from strategic hypothesis to operational reality.
Key skills & experience required-
* 5+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years within a top-tier strategy consultancy, investment bank, or high-growth corporate strategy team.
* A standout academic record and a history of extracurricular leadership.
* Mastery of problem-solving frameworks, financial modelling, and the ability to find "the signal in the noise."
* The ability to present to C-suite stakeholders with confidence, clarity, and data-backed conviction.
* Experience in consumer markets is highly regarded, but your ability to learn a new vertical at pace is what matters most.
