We're looking for a strategic property leader to spearhead our property plan, manage the full lifecycle of hotel assets (from high-value acquisitions to strategic divestments), and lead a centralized Facilities Management function.
The Role
* Head of Property to drive our strategic property plan and manage the full lifecycle of hotel assets.
* Drive Landlord Strategy and capital investments; oversee major commercial negotiations (rent reviews, lease re-gears) for sustainable long-term tenure.
* Protect capital investments by conducting rigorous lease reviews before renewals.
* Build and oversee a centralized Facilities Management team to manage preventative maintenance, regulatory compliance (fire, electrical, etc.), and third-party contractor performance.
* Mentor a high-performing team and foster a culture of continuous improvement in a complex matrix organisation.
What We Need From You
You are a seasoned property professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with a sharp blend of commercial acumen, analytical depth, and the interpersonal skills to influence at the highest levels.
* Extensive experience in acquisitions and divestment of hotels.
* Strong understanding of the hotel market.
* Experience managing change in a dynamic, complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
* Good understanding of due diligence procedures and regulatory requirements in business acquisitions.
* Senior leader with coaching ability to enable delivery of strategic initiatives.
* Excellent written and oral communication with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Experience in commercial and financial analytics.
* Strong influencing, stakeholder relationship, and communication skills to achieve outcomes in a matrix organisation.
