About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Hotel Reservations Agent
to join our team on a
full-time basis
. Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of guest bookings, ensuring accuracy, and supporting seamless communication across hotel departments. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hotel experience who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to booking inquiries via phone and email for new reservations and amendments to existing bookings
Ensure accuracy of reservation details, guest information, and service notes
Monitor availability and rate conditions for quotations, ensuring all bookings adhere to hotel standards and policies
Collaborate with operational departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Perform other guest service duties as required
About You
Previous experience in hotel operations or reservations highly regarded
Familiarity with
Opera Cloud
is a big advantage
Experience within
Accor Hotels
highly desirable
Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
Positive, proactive, and guest-focused attitude
