**What you will contribute to**:
As the Administrator for our Perth Vehicle Workshop you will:
- Undertake general office duties, including electronic scanning, filing, mail handling, and distribution of correspondence
- Provide administrative support to the managers and other members of the workshop
- Undertake data entry, work orders, purchasing, timesheets, and other duties associated with the operations and functions of the workshop
- Support the range of quality improvement approaches within the team.
- Adherence to performance KPI's.
**Skills and experience we are looking for**:
- Qualification is business administration or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically intermediate skills in Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong initiative with the ability to be flexible
- Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- The ability to work unsupervised alongside a team and provide agile support to your peers.
- Truck industry experience preferred but not necessary
