About the role
We are seeking a full-time Qualified Motor Mechanic to be based in Morley, Western Australia. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the servicing, repair and maintenance of a wide range of vehicles, ensuring our customers receive high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
* Conduct vehicle inspections/diagnostics and repairs across all major vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes and electrical
* Service and maintain vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices
* Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing recommendations for repair and maintenance
* Liaise with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and provide transparent updates on the status of work
* Maintain detailed records of all work performed
* Ensure the workshop is kept clean, tidy and compliant with all safety regulations
What we're looking for
* MUST be a Qualified Motor Mechanic in Light Vehicle Mechanical or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience.
* Proven experience as a Motor Mechanic, ideally in a workshop or service centre environment
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on a wide range of vehicle makes and models
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail
* Valid Australian driver's licence
* MUST provide contactable reference.
