This opportunity is part of our Career Comeback program within our Chief Operating Office (COO) team. You're an experienced professional who's taken a career break of two years or more and are looking to return to the workforce. The program will start on **Monday 10th March 2025.**
Run over 12 weeks, the paid program is designed to provide you with the re-entry support and training you need to thrive. At the end of the program, permanent positions are available based on your performance and motivation to succeed.

Financial Crimes Services (FCS) brings together key capabilities across both run and change teams to disrupt financial crime & deliver on our regulatory obligations to protect our customers and community.
As we work with you to understand your skill set and career goals, you'll play a key role in creating, managing, and optimising our data and case management platforms used to power our entire business.
Positioned within the wider crew, you will take responsibility for designing your product's operating model and strategy, working closely with the business to support human-centred design enabling operational efficiency and driving a way of working the provides visibility and certainty of our execution pathway to our stakeholders.
**We're interested in hearing from people who have**:
- Taken a career break of 2+ years and are interested in returning to work
- Relevant professional experience within Product/Project management or other transformation roles
- A proven history of taking ownership to deliver outcomes and through working closely with technology teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, capable of dealing with a range of stakeholders
- An ability to lead continuous discovery with a customer focus
- Strong self-awareness and a desire to promote your team's success
