Procare's Factual Investigation Division are seeking multiple **Factual Investigators experienced in Workers Compensation investigations** to join our expanding team in Adelaide
**We are keen to hear from contractors who are established as a contracting entity and those seeking casual or permanent employment.**
**The Role**:
- Attend various locations, predominantly within Adelaide and a proportion of work across SA;
- Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
- Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
- Prepare and draft factual reports.
**About You**:
- Hold a **Certificate III in Investigations (mandatory);**:
- Have a current and valid **Investigators Licence (mandatory)**;
- Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
- Experience conducting Workers Compensation is **highly desirable**;
- Have **excellent written and verbal **skills;
- **Strong attention to detail **with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
- Are self-motivated and able to work within strict time frames.
- If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
