Rehabilitation Consultant Job Description
We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to assist individuals in their recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness.
* Conduct assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios, supporting people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge.
* Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering high-quality assessment and case management services
* Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist (with relevant professional membership)
* Desire to work in Occupational Rehabilitation
* Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach
* Genuine commitment to continuous improvement
