Overview
Join a forward-thinking organisation as they prepare to deliver a critical HR systems implementation project that will impact processes across the business. This is your opportunity to take ownership of a fully funded program from inception to delivery, working closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and leadership teams.
As a Project Manager, you'll drive project planning, governance, and execution, ensuring that deliverables are achieved on time, within scope, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in project management will directly contribute to a highly visible and strategic initiative.
What you'll be responsible for
* Leading the planning, delivery, and governance of HR system integration projects.
* Coordinating with vendors, internal HR teams, and technical stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
* Reporting to the steering committee, providing updates, risks, and recommendations.
* Managing project resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
* Embedding project management best practices to drive consistency and quality.
What you'll bring to the role
* At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably with HR systems projects.
* Strong understanding of project management governance and disciplines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present to senior leadership and steering committees.
* A proven ability to manage end-to-end projects, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
* A collaborative and adaptable approach, with a focus on building relationships across teams.
