The Workforce Division Unit plays a pivotal role in managing the people resources for our service. We are seeking a highly skilled Work Health and Wellbeing Specialist to contribute to the development, management, and delivery of professional work health, safety, wellbeing, and rehabilitation and return to work services.

This role is responsible for implementing, reviewing, and reporting on work health, safety, wellbeing, and rehabilitation and return to work policies, guidelines, procedures, and networks consistent with Health Service policy.
">
Key responsibilities include:
">
* Contribute to the effective development, management, and delivery of work health, safety, wellbeing, and rehabilitation and return to work services
">
* Implement, review, and report on work health, safety, wellbeing, and rehabilitation and return to work policies, guidelines, procedures, and networks
">
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant Senior Managers and staff to inform and support responses and strategies
">
">
Qualifications in work health and safety or injury management will be well regarded. A high level of knowledge of and demonstrated ability to apply the provisions of the Workplace Health and Safety Act and associated acts, regulations, policies, and standards is essential.
