Vasion is seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our growing APAC team, based in Newcastle, NSW, with consideration for Gold Coast or Melbourne. We aim to make digital transformation accessible through our affordable, integrated SaaS solutions that simplify business processes.
The Customer Success Manager will focus on revenue growth within existing accounts, collaborating with Sales, Support, and Marketing teams to understand and fulfill customer needs. The goal is to become a trusted advisor throughout their digital transformation journey.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Develop a deep understanding of each client's goals, needs, and pain points to propose effective solutions.
2. Achieve quarterly sales quotas, manage quotes, renewals, and expansions.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main contact for inquiries and support.
4. Meet or exceed monthly demo quotas and activity targets.
5. Utilize CRM systems to track activities, maintain customer records, and report progress.
6. Enhance knowledge of company products and industry trends through ongoing training.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a world-class customer experience.
8. Execute territory plans analyzing activity efficiency, customer budgets, and procurement processes.
Requirements:
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build relationships with decision-makers.
* Experience in expansion sales of software or technology solutions within SaaS or related industries.
* Results-driven with a passion for exceeding goals, customer retention, and revenue growth.
* Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of complex sales processes.
* Excellent presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
* Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
* Working knowledge of sales tools and CRM software (SFDC preferred).
* Experience in contract management and negotiation.
* Attention to detail, analytical, and deductive reasoning skills.
* Second language skills and project management abilities are desirable.
Additional Requirements:
* Experience in SaaS B2B sales or similar industries.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Willingness to travel up to 10% for client meetings and industry events.
* Role is remote with home working arrangements.
