About the role
We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef/Cook to join our team at Latt32 Pty Ltd in Rockingham, Western Australia. As a part-time role, this is an excellent opportunity for a skilled culinary professional to contribute to the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals in our vibrant hospitality establishment.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
* Ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and maintains high standards of cleanliness and organisation
* Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing dishes
* Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed
* Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive, professional demeanour in the kitchen
What we're looking for
* Relevant qualifications in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience as a Chef/Cook
* Proven track record of working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
* Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing meals
* Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
