The role ensures efficient workflow management, accurate documentation, timely communication, and compliance with statutory and internal processes, enabling technical staff to focus on delivering surveying and planning outcomes for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Operational SupportProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Land Division and Planning teamAnswering and coordinating telephone enquiries professionally Support Land Division Consultant with the preparation, and coordination of correspondence, reports, applications, and submissionsMaintain accurate electronic and hard-copy project files in line with company proceduresAssist with lodgement of applications and documentation to councils, state authorities, and other relevant stakeholdersClient & Stakeholder SupportAct as a first point of contact for client and authority enquiries related to land division and planning mattersComfortable communicating with clients from diverse backgroundsSupport with the coordination of communication between surveyors, planners, councils, and external partiesSchedule meetings, site visits, and authority discussions as requiredData & Systems ManagementMaintain project registers, spreadsheets, and internal databasesAssist with invoicing support, and relevant administration where requiredEnsure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive project and client information
